What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy on all Gizmoza products. If you're not happy, send it back for a full refund. No restocking fees, no hassle.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse. UK delivery takes 3-5 business days, EU 5-8 business days, and international 7-14 business days. Tracking is provided on every order.
Is shipping really free?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. No hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout.
Are your products covered by warranty?
Every Gizmoza product comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. If anything goes wrong due to a defect, we'll replace it free of charge.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
